Terms of Reference

The Regulations Committee is responsible for advising the Council on all matters regarding the Regulations Relating to the Game and, in particular:

(i) to consider and recommend on matters referred to it by the Council, including submissions from Unions in accordance with Bye-Law 9.10.

(ii) to maintain a continuing review of the Regulations.

(iii) to act as a regulating Committee.

Terms of Reference

The Regulations Committee shall rule on matters of interpretation and/or implementation of IRB Regulations referred to it by the CEO.
