Rugby moved a step closer this week to fulfilling its ambition of rejoining the Olympic Games. At an IOC meeting in Berlin, both Rugby Sevens and Golf were recommended for inclusion in the 2016 summer games. We hear from IRB Chief Executive Mike Miller.
