IRB AWARDS
After the final November internationals, the major IRB Awards for team, coach and player were announced in association with Emirates Airline. We hear from the winners: Ireland's Declan Kidney was named Coach of the Year, John Smit received the Team of the Year gong for South Africa and Richie McCaw became the first player to win the IRB Player of the Year award twice. We also recap on the other awards presented.
