The action kicks off at 18:00 UK time on November 9 when Russia takes on USA. This will be followed by the match-up between Samoa and Canada.
The concluding round will be played on Saturday, November 17 when Tonga faces USA at 18:00 followed by Canada v Russia.
The free provision, which will be available in all territories (with the exception of New Zealand, where the matches will be broadcast on SKY NZ), underscores the IRB's commitment to growing interest and appeal of Rugby in emerging markets.
IRB Chairman Bernard Lapasset said: "We are delighted to be providing a free streaming service of all four matches in the IRB International Rugby Series."
"Rugby is growing all over the world and the provision of top quality international matches via IRB.com is a key strategy behind driving Rugby growth and interest in new and emerging Rugby markets where the live broadcast of matches is not yet commonplace."
