ESTONIAN RUGBY
The Baltic state of Estonia is not well-known for its rugby prowess, hardly surprising given the harsh climate, but recently the national team decided to embark on its first ever tour.

Twenty-two large men piled into three vans and drove across five countries in 40 hours to arrive in England where they had arranged a fixture against the England Deaf XV, the first time that team had ever played against a full-hearing side - so a unique occasion all-round and the Total Rugby cameras were there to record all the action and drama from the day.

MAXIME MEDARD
The owner of the most recognisable sideburns since the great JPR Williams in the 1970's Maxime Médard has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting wings in world rugby. The 22-year-old Stade Toulousain star has come through the Age Grade system, winning the IRB Under 21 World Championship in 2006 and then gaining his first senior cap in 2008.

This year he scored the late try that secured Les Bleus victory against the All Blacks in Dunedin and he will no doubt play a large part in Toulouse's campaign to regain the Heineken Cup. We catch up with him in France and then show all the best action from his team's encounter with English side Harlequins.

CURRIE CUP SEMI FINALS
South Africa's domestic provincial competition is drawing to a climax with the traditional big four meeting in the semi finals. The first match sees the Natal Sharks welcome the Free State Cheetahs and we join up with the visitor's star flanker Juan Smith before the game to reflect on an incredible year in which he has been integral to the Springboks' success against the Lions and victory in the Tri Nations. We also bring you the tries from the other semi final where the Blue Bulls travel to Cape Town to take on Western Province.

PRISON RUGBY - ARGENTINA
In perhaps one of the most incredible stories we have ever filmed for the programme, we visit the high-security 'Unit 9' prison in Buenos Aires. Over 1,000 prisoners are locked up behind its forbidding walls, but we were allowed exclusive access to see how rugby has begun to flourish.

We hear from the prisoners how the sport is helping them cope with life behind bars and follow them as, for the first time ever, they are allowed out under high-security to play an away match. Emotional and uplifting it's not to be missed!

NEWS
We also have the highlights from the Ospreys versus Clermont Auvergne in the Heineken Cup and Waikato v Northland in the Air New Zealand Cup.
